Data we process
This website has no user accounts and no forms, and it does not use analytics or advertising. We only process:
- The data you choose to send us when you write to us by email: usually your name, your email address, your organisation and the content of your message.
- Technical connection data that any web server records, such as your IP address, browser type, and the date and time of your visit.
Please do not send us health data or other sensitive information by email.
Purposes and legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us and, where applicable, those pre‑contractual steps (Article 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR).
- To keep the website secure and working. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting it (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To comply with our legal obligations, where they apply (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We do not use your data for automated decisions or profiling, and we do not sell it.
Recipients and international transfers
Our email and website hosting providers process data on our behalf, under the corresponding agreements. If your enquiry concerns another company of the Celavista Group, we may share it with that company so that it can answer you. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Some of these providers and companies, including our parent company in the United States, may be located outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers rely on an adequacy decision or on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Retention
We keep your messages for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, and afterwards only for as long as legal claims may arise or the law requires. Technical connection data is kept for a limited period, for security purposes.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing, and its portability, and you may object to its processing. To do so, write to the address below.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your country.
